Why take Grape Seed Extract?
There are many articles out on the web discussing the miraculous benefits of Grape Seed Extract. Right now I am going only to discuss why I insist all my patients take Grape Seed Extract: because the improved elasticity on all vessels in the body.
As we get older, mistreat our bodies, push our bodies, etc., we are putting pressure on our vessels. I always use a balloon as an example. If you take a brand new balloon and look at it. It is supple, thick and bounces back immediately after manipulating it. If we take the new balloon and leave it exposed to elements or keep blowing it up beyond what it can do it will pop. Our vessels respond the same way with high blood pressure or aging. The more frail our vessels get the more susceptible they are to breaking and causing strokes, aneurysms, heart attacks, hemorrhoids, etc.
Grape Seed Extract has been researched to show that taking a minimum of 300mg a day helps the elasticity and improve vessel health.
Actual Patient: An elderly patient in his mid seventies, came to me for a routine blood draw. I kept trying to draw blood but his veins kept blowing. After 6 attempts, I was getting frustrated and I gave up. I asked him to go home and start taking Grape Seed Extract. I did not charge him and did not make a chart. I forgot about him and when he came back 3 months later, I had no recollection of him. I started to do a routine blood draw and the needle went into his vein the first try and it was so beautiful. I told him his veins were so beautiful and he should start on Grape Seed Extract to keep them healthy. He stated, “You don’t remember me but I am the guy you could not get a draw on and you told me to start on Grape Seed Extract. I did immediately and now everywhere I go I am told how great my veins are!”

K2 is a must take daily supplement:
To put it short and sweet: K2 directs the Calcium to the bones and not in places it shouldn’t be i.e. kidneys, arteries, bladder, etc. Consumers use vitamin K2 to avoid calcium plaque buildup of atherosclerosis, thus keeping the risk and rate of calcification as low as possible. Vitamin K2 as MK-7 is the only supplement or compound that impacts arterial calcification.
This is only a tiny impact on what K2 does for the body. K2 also impacts brain health, healthy joints, neuropathy, and vision health. Please see link below to discover the benefits.
